That's from the Cambridge dictionary but Collins and Oxford agree. Kane doesn't have to be one of the best ever, that's simply never been what defines world class and wouldn't make any sense. It's whether they are the best, one of the best or as good as the best in the world. If Kane isn't world class then you'd need to suggest a few people for his position currently playing who are better.

Lewandowski? Maybe. Fullkrug? Lol.

Mate, Fullkrug has currently go me 5 points more than Hazza would have - chuffed <cheers>

Was expecting it to be 8... but apparently Hazza did play against Serbia... <whistle>

Bloke was a legend. Old school “Stand on a box” bookie, when they worked it all out in their heads and chalked up prices on a board.

Think he might well be brown bread, didn’t look like he had a great diet and must be well in his seventies if he hasn’t croaked.

Just looked it up and he was on Twitter as of April so probably not.
