There is no takeover, you honestly think he's been looking for buyers for a few months and not 1 person in the press has picked up on itSounds like a full scale takeover chaps? Pearlman with the coup d’état from the inside, about time.
My mates just text me and said LampardSeen on RTG saying thisYou must log in or register to see images
Yeah sure, look at the head coach search they get nowt unless briefedThere is no takeover, you honestly think he's been looking for buyers for a few months and not 1 person in the press has picked up on it
Well you have heard it supposedly from a agent, if a agent is telling people then someone in the press will have heard somethingYeah sure, look at the head coach search they get nowt unless briefed
How do we know they are being thorough? Could be they just can’t attract a decent manager because of wages, working under KS directive, recruitment policy etc.
Little bit different that. Everyone knows we need a manager so there’s no publicity needed. But if the club is for sale that needs communicated to the right circles on a fairly wide scale - you expect that to come across at least one person desk and for them to mention it to others and eventually hit the media!Yeah sure, look at the head coach search they get nowt unless briefed
This is based off some random person on the internet, doesn't mean it's true
Juan pound on his way out?Nothing other than sorting JS share out.
I can see why mate but I think that's because we're currently in a 'negative frame of mind' perhaps.
It would be bad news for me personally but other people might think it was wonderful.
This is the trouble with posting things on forums and I've allowed myself to say too much again ...
... despite me promising myself I wouldn't do that again after how the 'Dell takeover' collapsed at the death.
Great post mateHow do we know they're not being thorough? How do we know what the reason is for not appointing a manager yet? From what snippets we have been given, it is reasonable to suggest that Still was always first choice. If the sending of the contract is to be believed, he must have agreed to join us at that point. Lens then came in and screwed that plan up. So, we moved on to other targets.
Still must have been happy enough with the original deal, including working with Speakman, if he'd asked for a contract to be drafted and sent to him.
Since then we've been swamped with Journos giving us names like Challinor and Robinson, which we squashed. Jansen was then dismissed. There have been numerous reports of more than one stage of interviews being carried out. That tells me that we are weighing up all of the potential candidates and whittling the list down.
We could have chosen Heckinbottom months ago if we didn't want to be thorough. We clearly didn't fancy him and have targets which suit the club and where it wants to go. Our Chairman has just announced that they are ambitious and I'm more than willing to give him the benefit of the doubt.
People need to cast their minds back to when Short lost interest and Dumb and Dumber were making more cuts than the Tories, to realise what a much better place the club is at now.
Juan pound on his way out?
Could this be the source of the rumours. KLD wanting to sort out shares at the club, I.e JS shares. LP taking a look. Agent hears bits and pieces and then the story is that KLD is selling.Nothing other than sorting JS share out.
That's been the talk for a while mate.
I’d expect a takeover to include more secrecy and NDAs than a manager search tbfLittle bit different that. Everyone knows we need a manager so there’s no publicity needed. Good, any word on who’s taking on his shares? That's been the talk for a while mate.
