If they have only started to look this last month, then that is very very very poor management
I don't think they have. I think they knew Still was their No. 1 target and, since he turned it down, they've had to start looking at other targets. I don't think there is any evidence to suggest they hadn't identified targets. Although, as has been discussed, the targets appear to be strangely varied.
