A 5 place difference seems pretty standard from what I'm seeing of that list.
Only one which is really impressive is Palace and maybe Chelsea.
Palace is all from their last 7 games (W6 D1), if you remove that, their record from the rest of the second half of the season is 10 points from 12 games, which is just as bad as their first half.
Chelsea very strong in second half, Villa have big drop off in second half, and very likely to be lower next season.
No, looking at the whole season gives a distorted image of what actually happened at CP.

With Glasner P13 W7 D3 L3
