I hope that we consider his next steps very carefully.
He's just turned 19 and got 22 in 21 PL2 games this season.
Some of those around him seem like they're seen as more advanced, though.
Donley, Moore and Hall, for example.

Decent enough first 20 mins in the Play Off Final. Sunderland are a very decent outfit and causing Spurs problems on the break. Particularly vulnerable is Nile John playing out of position at RB.

Sunderland now starting to tear holes down both wings, but particularly targeting the somewhat hapless John. Gunter has pulled off some really good saves and we're very lucky to still be level after 30.

Scored a lot of goals recently.
Certainly has...

1-0 HT
Improved last 10 minutes but need to get more of a grip in the 2nd 45.

Our CB's are excellent but both wingbacks are showing defensive naivety which is causing problems. John is such a talented forward you have to wonder why he's been pushed into the RB role. Completely out of his comfort zone.

Sunderland are looking more and more dangerous and it's all down Spurs right flank.
Gotta change something down that side.

Lankshear scores a lot of tap-ins, but part of that is knowing where to be and when to move or not move.
Lovely move down the right to create the chance and he drops into acres of space for an easy goal.

His positioning is excellent.
He's a lad in form and is so confident when the ball reaches him

Watson for them is really threatening and astonishing that he hasn't scored. He must have had 4 or 5 decent chances.
