We've finally exhausted and burnt through all the big name managers in world football, so the latest fad seems to be picking up inexperienced chaff from the lower leagues and hoping they strike gold.
Even if it works out, its still a stupid risk.
The manager, sorry coach, role is the one area where you dont want inexperience!
Apparently Clearlake were impressed with Maresca's moronic dream signings and is happy for them to sell Gallagher, Maatsen and Broja. Though indications are that Chalobah may be staying.
Maresca wants Stefan Ortega in goal to replace Petrovic, then wants to sign Antonee Robinson at left back to replace Cucurella and Chilwell, and then Osimhen up front.
So we will look like this:
----------------------Ortega----------------------
James--Badiashile--Chalobah--Robinson
----Fernandez------Palmer-----Caicedo----
-----Madueke-----Osimhen-----Nkunku----
That back line looks suss as **** to me, James is a sicknote, Badiashile is very inconsistent and Robinson is an unknown entity to me, didnt watch Fulham much last season, anyone know if he is good or not?
Then there is Fernandez, who is out and out the worst player in our squad, yet is our record signing, square pegs, round holes, anyone?
If James stops getting injured and we got a decent, experienced CB in, then I would be okay with that.
Fernandez though.......

WTF cant we keep Gallagher, why sell a great academy player to shoehorn ****tard Fernandez into this team......ffs
You know Osimhen is gonna cost an arm and a leg aswell.
I'd rather keep Gallagher in midfield and stick with Jackson upfront.
Jackson has a years experience in the PL now, and if Nkunku and Madueke find form, Jackson should be able to grab the goals
