Weirdly enough, I'll be in Burkina Faso on the day of the election.

Spoiling your ballot paper is the only sensible thing to do. At least the spoiled ballots still get counted, imagine the scenes if over 50% of ballot papers were spoiled, the parties would need to start taking notice of the public.

Would it not be a bigger statement to just not turn up rather than go all the way to your polling station to draw a dick on a piece of paper, seems more a waste of your time than theirs.
