One thing I'm looking forward to finding out next season is if Arne Slot is even half as annoying a kernt as Jurgen was.

I googled the top 10 transfer fees mate.... Google obviously can't be trusted.
Google

How much did haalands dad get for his transfer

You'll be flooded with links showing his payment of over 30m

Again not including the fees city group has not declared

I think you'll be very, very disappointed if you are hoping to find evidence of wrongdoing on the Haaland transfer turning up. Was a low transfer fee, with a high agent fee (some of it went to his dad I think). Nothing against it in the rules at the time. Will be in City's accounts.

If City are hiding other fees, in the current climate... I'd be very surprised. If they're smart enough to structure a better deal than others could for Haaland, and can afford to pull it off to land him - it doesn't mean it's wrong or illegal.

Klopp leaving... City rolling on... New money clubs trying to muscle in... Arsenal emergent... Chelsea taking the piss... Period of potential instability, or at least uncertainty on the horizon for the Scouse nation...I get it.

I think it's a bit short sighted to keep blindly referring to the 115, personally. Well, without specific knowledge of how any of them could be proven beyond doubt and legally ratified.
Many of the charges are related to how the money to make the FFP metrics passable were actually accounted for... some (Mancini fees) pre dated that IIRC. Probably some shady stuff gone on there. All above board.... probably not - but, of those 115, the chances of many of them amounting to anything hugely meaningful are quite slim - I think... and the longer it goes, the less of them are likely to be able to stick.

Many a man will be fuming when it's all settled out of court with a big payment after City's lawyers have tied them all in knots.

115.

City have appealed the prems case at every opportunity, just like they did with uefa. And the only reason the 2 year cl ban wasn't upheld is because it timed out.

The prem case has no time out.

Regardless... are these the actions of an innocent club? To dodge any accountability for the bent af book keeping thats given them the false numbers to spend over a billion quid since pep arrived?
And to do it twice lol

So Please.. drop me out

they have actually been found to be guilty by Uefa and agreed by CAS but no penalty as CAS ruled that it was out of the time limit in Uefa rules though they did fine City for their obstructive behaviour

Absolutely no doubt some shady stuff has gone on in the past... Just can't see them getting as royally clobbered for as much of it as people might think. Been wrong before...

I have a feeling they know that once they are found guilty... Again. They know peps man city legacy is dirt, and he will be off in a second as hes said before.

Perhaps thats an additional reason for them being obstructive... Yknow apart from them being thrown out of English football and all thier titles won since 2009 are taken off them.

That could be it to<laugh>
