No it's not. And it's not specifically or even mainly aimed at Pakistanis!! Afghanistan, Kurdistan, ......!!!

Mocking people of Middle Eastern origin (given most of the -istan countries are from there) is inherently racist. To add on the fact that they struggle to speak English is the typical tropes you see alongside it is also racist.

You can try jump round the fact it isn’t by stating it’s not aimed at a particular country but that not how it works.

If you want try make that joke in front of those respective people and see how it goes?

The term he used was "Springbankistan" which is more of a comment on the ghetto-isation of part of our City by the Council, who tend to house all people from overseas in one area (happens in every city), rather than being a racist insult directed at the people themselves.

This is the most mental gymnastic horseshit I’ve ever read I’ll be honest with you

It really isn't gymnastics or horseshit though. It's just what it is around that area. There's nothing racist whatsoever about what was said. Enlighten us as to what actually is racist about it. Seriously, as I asked before, what actually is it that is racist or insulting about it? Literally nothing.

The faux 'outrage' is probably more like a sad reflection on those displaying the faux 'outrage', and it's another big part of why society is ****ed, meaning because so many these days get put out over so many things. Worlds gone mad.
