Yeah they aren't great. The fact they sacked the previous coach and gave it to Maric in February proves that. Think it's harsh to judge unders teams on results though, it's all about preparing them for the first team so if this u19 team end up with 3 starters for Bayern in 5 years i'd say it's a success.
Results aren't the be all and end all at that level. Look at our 18s, we could have Rigg, Watson, Ogunsuyi and Young in the team, but they're all elevated to a level or 2 up because they're so promising.
