So if it's impossible to get knocked out, what's the point of it? I haven't even looked at this new structure, because I don't care enough, but I'm guessing the answer to my question has already been given by Solid Air 2.....oh and one of greed.
4 pots of 8 teams. Each team plays 2 teams from each pot, 1 home and 1 away. So you play 8 games in total. I think you can play teams from your own country too. Top 8 qualify for last 16. 9-24 go into a 2 leg playoff for the remaining 8 spots. Then knockout stages until final.
Dyche with manager of the month. all he did was smack up a few mid table clubs. But there is a free slot at aintree opened up (previous engagement cancelled due to lack of interest)so gonna see if club want to celebrate.
err my memory was quite a few first teamers were playing even in the early games but you still ****ed up
well i was a bit bored so this was your line up against NS Mura who were 5th in the 10 team Slovenian league Gollini Doherty Romero Rodon Reguilon Dele Skipp Winks Lo Celso Bryan Gil Scarlett seems quite a lot of first team starters & squad players to me
Of the 2021-22 season, on that list the only regular first team player was Romero. The rest are squad or youth players. We didn't take the competition seriously enough and deservedly got egg on our face as a result.
So like the Sottish Premiership that they split into 6/6 this time of year, so that the top six can't be knocked any lower Sounds like a super league to me in all but name.
So Everton dropped appeal to two point deduction, suppose it makes sense if you are safe, not worth the hassle.
Whole thing is fooked up ... Everton and Forest brought to book (us to follow) but - and winding Sucky up aside - Citeh and also Chelsea seemingly able to float above the **** layer and carry on as usual - and don't Spurs and United have by far the greatest external debt? The FFP / FSP nazis will bring Villa (and others) to account before seriously targeting the Big 6 ... it's a complete and utter farce with little or no consistency nor commonality ... Everton have certainly been the scapegoats ... although their relationship with the shady 777 does start alarm bells ringing - that said, there would be plenty of very wealthy alternatives sniffing if it all goes tits up (no offence Munse) ...
