I remember starting work at an oil company
All the employees said the CEO and Finance Director were incredibly intelligent and better than the employees
I said that was a crazy view. They didnt have a clue what was going on in the business.
Internal auditors came in and returned a few times.
One day the CEO and Finance Director were both gone!

I’m a bit worried there’s a risk the players turn on Acun/Tan, in the same way managers can lose the dressing room I think it’s possible owners can too. The new manager coming has got a hell of job building that team spirit back up because we know that the players had a good relationship with LR and they might see this as their mate being sacked by their boss.
 
Win ratio doesnt matter
He was managing stuttgart and hamburg
Two big clubs
He couldnt get hamburg promoted in 3 attempts

Why is he seen as the man to get us promoted
