Milton ****s would never have that. Proper new ground there. Not that **** Wimbledon had Reviving old beef with @brb
Went to AFC to tick the ground off a year or so ago. Great set-up they’ve got there now. The MK ground is awful. A massive bowl about 25% full in the league they’re in now. They have actual adults supporting them too which I just find odd. Hopefully they’ll die (the club, not the adults who will inevitably die anyway).
Didn't say it was easy ... certainly not so post war ... but nothing like as difficult as it has been since the establishment of the Premier League ... but thanks for your contribution, anyway
I worked in Milton Keynes in the 90s - they had a football team MK Borough in the South Midlands League (which I was also playing in) - MKB was the basis for MK Dons - would have been much better to have just carried on - the population was growing rapidly due to London overspill and some excellent Housing incentives - MKB were already a growing force in the South Mids and attracting some good players due to the money behind them - but the Wimbledon 'opportunity' gave them 'fast track' and greed won out ... shame really.
7 teams in 32 years is more variety than 23 different teams in 135 years. That suggests the Premiership is actually easier.
A weekly reminder for anyone who needs it that football didn’t start in 1992 and it’s a pointless arbitrary point to go from.
@FosseFilberto You said to apply the winner ratio. I did. It showed the opposite of what you suggested it would. Soz.
User name for Sucky Suck mine Klopp Will remind him of times when Liverpool were in the hunt for trophies
Flicked it on and they scored. They went on a mental run of about 14 wins in a row to get into the playoffs. Lovely finish for the goal.
