The Greens support Independence, Labour has it's own Independence movement called Labour for Independence. SNP was founded in 1934 in order to work for Scottish Independence.

I am talking about MSM there is only one newspaper 'The National' that supports Independence. Only channel 4 offers anything close to a balanced view on Scottish politics.
I assume you are talking about the internet.

It's not though is it. The actual polls show a different story.

Scottish Indy is a joke in comparison to other similar situations, absolutely.

You said 70% of young Scots support it, overwhelmingly popular.

So Scotland has enough pensioners to push the Labour Party ahead in the recent polls?

In relation to your other post, Labour for Independence was described as a SNP front and no longer exists.

The current polling for Independence in Scotland stands at
    53% YES
    47% NO

SNP v Labour is neck and neck.

Yes 70% of young Scots support Independence but amazingly there are over 60's in Scotland too and they are only 39% in favour. Overall thus produces 53% for. So there is a majority but we need to grow the margins to apply pressure to Westminster.

You are clearly against Scottish Independence can I ask why?

    That's all current polls.

That's every single one complied. Look at them yourself here.

    https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Opinion_polling_on_Scottish_independence

Based on that number you just cited, I'm highly dubious about the 70% of youth you cited without any evidence.

I just think it's a stupid idea to be honest.

Beyond that I don't care that much, I just think it's ridiculous

Ipsos is still reporting 53% yes.
and showing 80% support for under 25's with support deminishing in older age groups.

Scotland is a different country to England with many different views and aspirations. Perhaps you don't recognise Scotland as a different country. The wealthiest and happiest countries in the world are small countries similar to Scotland. Countries like Denmark Norway Estoniania Finland Sweden. Scotland actually shares more in common with these countries than it does with England.
England would also be better off with out Scotland because atm it's still living as if it has an empire and it knows this would be reassessed if Scotland becomes Independent.

You think it;s a joke I think the UK is a joke. Nothing works the NHS is broken, the trains are too expensive, The water in England is full of ****. The pensions are the lowest in Europe. Wages are low, working hours are longer, roads are full of potholes, Education is ****ed and Universities charge a fortune in England. Why would you protect the mess that is the UK. It's easily the worst country in Europe.

Remain is green Leave is Blue. You can see how Scotland has a completely different view to England despite that Scotland was taken out of Europe.

That's a lot of projection of opinions onto me, I haven't even hinted at that stuff.

Scotland shares **** all with these smaller countries <laugh>

    Source I live in one.

Denmark pays twice as much tax as the average Scot

Norway more tax and pay at all public services, including doctors appointments, medicine, the whole shebang.

This is why this logic of leaving the UK is so ridiculous, they prey on ignorance, you'd have no idea the monumental change at every single level of public life that would occur for every single Scottish citizen. Yet, it's all conveniently ignored.

I don't hate you lot, I know you all exist. You're not a mirage.

Like I said, it's just ridiculous

Re changes I not sure how you know what changes would occur in Scotland.
The point is that those changes whatever they were would be decided by Scotland not England.

    Do you hate Norway?

I agree with a lot of that. I think it's inevitable. If a united Ireland comes first that will be a catalyst as well (and vice versa). I'm not precious about the union, if Scotland wants it then I wish you well, I don't personally see it as an afront. Fck knows why ppl get hung up over it here.

Regards the centre left point, in one of my posts following the one you've quoted I mentioned that Scotland as a people tend to be more socialist leaning.

Your campaign would need to be much more detailed on the nitty gritty than last time where some of the assumptions were , to say the least , very optimistic .
