Think we’ll get one more year with the big guns. If it’s UCL then that’s when we’ll really kick on. Ultimately selling makes no real difference in someone like Isak. We’d be better off selling Almiron.

The players will want to go imo if a big club comes in. The fans seem to be living under the notion the players care about the fans more than their ultimate ambition.. that ambition will be on offer immediately.

Would always depend upon who replaced them. A top young striker and I would be happy with that.
Yeah, depends on what the summer budget is going to be as a baseline. Would be ok if it's enough to allow something like:

Wilson out, Sesko in. Net spend £23million.
Almiron out, Soule or Summerville in. Net spend approx £10million.

Wilson now being linked with a £20million summer move to the PIF league. Likewise Almiron for £25million.
Unlikely, but if we really are offered those figures then we should definitely say yes.
£45m amortised over 4 or 5 years is effectively £180m - £225m into the transfer kitty.

This would be ideal but both deserve respect..Almiron gets a hard time in particular but he's done much better than he gets credit for imo. A bit erratic at times in front of goal but he's had some good periods and never a bad one defensively.

Miggy lacks any sort of quality but makes up for it with his hard work.

If we are to kick on we need better.

Wilson is getting on a bit. If we replace him with a fit young striker then it’s a yes from me.

I'm with GG on this one.

I think you have to put Miggy and Longstaff in a similar bracket. If you like (or otherwise) the values of one, then it should really apply to both. Both triers, but if we want to compete then.we.need better quality.

If either, or both, were sold for decent money then I would 100% take it, with a big (and genuine) "thank you" to them for all their efforts, including the relegation scraps and the more recent transformation.

If they stay then they really should just be bench warmers from next season.

He played so well I couldn’t remember him or his name.

He only stood out to me cos his name sounded like Arse Blaster.

He's only played 13 games for them (which they've lost pretty much all of), and he spent the first half of this season on loan at Port Vale in League one. The fact that he's only 20 and there captain says more about how bad they are than anything good about him.

This is true. I think we can safely rule that one out.
