The boy cannot be named for legal reasons, but was spotted by a local. The incident happened in Blyth, Northumberland. He pleaded not guilty to outraging public decency and went on trial at North Tyneside Youth Court in North Shields. Following a trial on Monday, he was convicted of the charge.
