TBH I haven't read the match report and I didn't listen to the game on RB but that was a bloody good point today at Southend. I had that down as a home banker. Well done Mr Buckle. Lets hope that today was the game that stops the rot and we can go on from here and find some decent form.
Fair play to the Gas. We had 1 effort on target, 1 off target no corners and only 40% possession and still managed to slaughter them 1-1. I'm going back to smoking one of my envirnomentally friendly herbal cigarettes to celebrate (with a nice single malt of course).
i listened to the game and we sounded exactly how i thought we were going to play.... ****! buckle dont deserve credit for today. and im not just saying that because i think he is a ****. buckle is getting credit as we got a point against the team at the top of the table. yes its a very good point. but buckle should not get this credit. in my eyes he got it wrong YET again today. for starters richards deserves to start. he is one of the only positives to come put of this season. but he was on the bench. one of stanley or dorman should of stayed on the bench and richards play in the hole behind the lone striker as we played 4-5-1. also harrold should of started. he was fired up before the game as facing his old side. he is our top scorer. he had to start today. he proved this by coming on and getting our only shot on target in the back of the net. well done harrold. however bevan for me deserves the credit. he made 3 outstanding saves. if 1 of they went in and by the sounds of it they all should of been goals, then we would of lost yet again and lots of buckle bashing saying he got it wrong. im still going to say he got it wrong anyway as if it wasnt for bevan and southend being very wasteful then we would of lost again. bevan saved buckle today. well done bevan but buckle, sort it out now or **** off away from my club.
in league 2 he is indeed. couldnt hack it in league 1 though with us. he was **** for us and good for you. he found his level.- a **** league. well done to that man.
wright will be one of our mainstays in L1 next season, and in the championships the season after. well done the gas a damn fine result, and well done matty h, credit where it is due.
