If it's Speakman being replaced then that's a massive change and proof that KLD isn't happy

Think it’s quite easy to see KLD as a kid and forget about the weight that his family name carries. He’s not here to mess about.

Fair enough mate. This whole season and transfer windows have been a sh@t show. I cant wait for it to end. I wonder if Cirkin is planning on playing much next year and showing his worth

My mind hasn't really changed.

I would be absolutely gutted with KLD leaving. His ambition is clear to me and I've seen enough to trust him and give him time to fail or succeed. If I had to judge him at this moment I'd say his successes far outweigh is failures.

KS I'm pretty on the fence about. I'd give him one more window personally but if a "better" option came up and we brought them in in Speakman's place I would understand that.

We need a good appointment in the head coach position, we need to improve the squad this summer. They're non-negotiables at this point.

He would be class, very very highly rated (City were looking at bringing him in, in a senior scouting role last season)
