Everton have won loads in comparison to Newcastle and as recently as the 80s. What grounds have you got to argue Newcastle is a bigger club ? Please don't say a bigger stadium.

Actually, as recently as 1995 for Everton. But still nearly 30 years ago. Totally irrelevant as far as today is concerned.
Name how we aren’t bigger today. You’re the one making the claim for Everton. Now back it up.

I just hope we can be 'up there' with Leicester and Blackburn.
Don't see how and they'll be up against a better Chelsea, manure and Spuds, not forgetting we beat them home and away and another one of your gripes is we don't beat anyone above us well if we don't count City Arsenal, Spuds and Villa you're right.

I'm only interested in the impact it could have on our future success, so... If a player that had no prior connection to either club had a direct choice between joining us or joining Everton in the summer transfer window, if the contracts offered by each club were identical and both clubs were starting the new season in the same league, which club do you think the player would choose to join?
So you are relying on trophies won more than 29 years ago as to who is bigger now. Seems a very weak arguement in my eyes.

No the entire history of the club and its success. Everton are way ahead.

Remy chose qpr over Newcastle and guess what they aren't a bigger club either then or historically.

Do you not have anything more up to date and objective such as recent league positions and crowd numbers in the absence of recent trophies?
