It was never going to be a classic for the purists today, we lined up 4-4-2 and played a more direct style by sacrificing the craft and creativity of Wes by going with two up top, but knowing we have the 'H Squad' ready and waiting in the wings - and it worked out exactly as Lambo planned it!

Three points in the bag in what could potentially work out to be a 'six-pointer' come the end of the season (though I honestly don't expect it to be, we'll both be ok <ok>), stopping the rot and moving seven points off the bottom three as on we march to the Etihad with the pressure off our shoulders for a few more weeks.

Job done. Thanks very much <ok>

Warnock as gracious in defeat as always, I see.

Has always had a bee in his bonnet about Norwich, goes back to his bitter Sheff Utd days. Of course that is returned in full by Norwich fans - we just do not like the man. Self opinionated and self important in as much as he said it, so it must be right. TBH I like to hear him have a moan, better than the average tedious interviews - he makes me laugh.

There was an article this week saying how he applied for the Norwich job but Bruce Rioch got it. I wonder if he had got the job, would he be so bitter towards us?

That game sucked big time to lose! Congrats on the win to all you canary' though.

After 30 min i thought we were lucky to still be in it. But a good ending to the first half and very encouraging second half up until your double subtitution i'm gutted we didn't get any thing from it. Both teams could have won it (you did i know) but a draw would be fair IMO.

Onwards and upwards for both of us. Both teams look well equipped to stay up.
See you soon enough, here's to hoping it evens out in january <ok>

Well played today :emoticon-0150-hands

It was on radio Norfolk Northy, you can replay it tomorrow sometime.
Was this the gist of it? seems fair enough comments to me.

GAFFER: TWO POOR GOALS COST US

Neil Warnock lambasted the R's defending, as QPR slipped to a narrow 2-1 defeat at Norwich City.

The R's gaffer was critical of both goals Rangers conceded, as Luke Young's second goal in as many matches proved scant consolation at Carrow Road.

Warnock told www.qpr.co.uk: "I'm disappointed we haven't come away with all three points, let alone one.

"We should've won the game but we've come away getting mugged.

"Of course the goals we conceded really disappoint me, but I can't be too critical with the overall performance.

"I thought at 1-1 we were the only side that was going to go on and win the game, but we didn't defend properly and it's cost us."

Warnock was ultra-critical of the two Norwich goals, adding "The comedy bam-box for the first goal and then our failure to clear our lines five or six times for their second goal is soul destroying.

"I'm very disappointed and I've told the lads how I feel.

"Norwich got out of prison today."

QPR midfielder Joey Barton on Twitter: "Not a good day. Had more than enough to win the game. Good atmosphere at Carrow Rd"

We missed him badly.
And to think, we've got a dopey poster who said it was good news he was suspended!<doh>

The match I watched didn't have Barton in it nor did it need it we played well in fact without him proving that apart from his name and the fact that he can run five miles he does little else
Well played Norwich and Blatterpuss buy yourself a book on football

Warnock makes it sound like QPR played us off the park (you didn't), had more attempts at goal (you didn't), had more of the ball (you did by 1%) and had more corners than us (you didn't).

I thought we looked the better side, but I'm biased!
