Thought Palace just reverted to old boy tactics, stop fooking about with the tippy tappy stuff around the box and just hoof it or crowd it out.

I noticed Spurs got undone yesterday with some direct over the top balls. They played a dangerously high line thinking they could squeeze Toon into their own half and they just got picked off as a result.

Probs thought Van de Ven could get back in time and mop up any counter attacks. But he just spent the afternoon breakdancing on the deck <laugh>

To be fair, still a good chance for epic bantz if Liverpool pull this off.
 
Massive game for us now. It was anyway, but now here’s a chance for us to put some daylight between city and pool.
