I remember the one in1973 when the newly promoted Gordon Jago Rangers lost 3-0 at home to third tier Plymouth. That was on Tuesday and then on the Saturday one of the games of the season when they drew 2-2 with the defending champions Liverpool during the power strike which meant all games were brought forward to start at 2.15. Next time I saw Plymouth was the 3-0 win in our promotion year under Ollie. Happy days.
I remember the one in 1973 as well. As a young lad I found it quite traumatic.

Stopped somewhere near Yeovil where it’s currently about 1974. Pasties look excellent even at the little services.
You’re heading up/down/across early BR :emoticon-0100-smile
Yeovil’s not the fun palace of the South West :emoticon-0102-bigsm

Sir I am seriously concerned about the current condition of the contents of your cranium, I feel I must tell you that I don’t posses the amounts of ice cream of a strawberry nature to satisfy it, I must therefore insist that you take it back and place it securely back in your stable of oversize fillies to be sent to someone who can afford to feed and nurture it
Kind regards
