Neither would be pointless it would allow for more spend just not a free reign to spend what you like without deductions

A % based on income is what has already been proposed though and clearly favours the “big 6” so it’s interesting to see what exactly is proposed.

I agree and that's my concern.. there isn't a single part if me expecting it to be a fair rule that doesn't allow them more scope than the rest.

We will see mate and hopefully it will at least allow us to buy solanke and McTominay

I agree but you had to spoil it with the last bit.
Anyway apparently both are already in a Jesmond hotel with Barnetta who is a waiter there now.

The points deductions are a joke and quite frankly you shouldn't be anywhere near it this year with how bad the proper bottom 3 are. I'm not saying you's are innocent in any of it but if they don't have punishments written down then they can't make them up on the spot.

even without and a normal season, should be looking top of the lower half of table. The mixed bag of point deductions is chaotic, I agree.

will make our season interesting.
 
Only Everton, the magically charmed unflushable turd, could land a bottom 3 so bad that even 2 points deductions are able to be survived while simultaneously being ****e.

I’ll hold us responsible for giving them 4pts, completely.

6 points would be nice.... they only let forest off with two for being honest.

I suppose Everton might get an nfa though.. that would be the worst case scenario because they'll think they've achieved something.
