I always expected Hayden and Frey to be on the bench, and actually Andersen and Willock too
Fresh legs are needed after an epic Friday match


Just hope it is not too much
(Andersen and Hayden have been outstanding for us.....since they have come)

Not random.... and I always had Armstrong on the bench

The team that starts is more defensive, Dykes is actually a pretty good first line of defence.
Armstrong is just a forward facing bull in a china shop.

Armstrong can cause havoc in the last quarter of a match....he helped out in Dunnes wonder goal too

Not a 'wow' super exciting line up, but it is our second match in four days, so it makes sense.

Very good observation Beth...you are quite right that Armstrong plays facing goal is ready to run forward constantly, whereas Dykes is more helpful in a defensive game, especially if he needs to hold the ball up whilst others get forward.

Looks like Marti has decided this game isn't as important as the next one. Honestly can't see that line up getting anything today, love to be wrong obviously. Alot of our big guns not on the pitch today, so resting them hopefully for Sheffield at home

Fox at LB worries me especially if they have someone with pace and skill playing down their right. But Marti usually seems to get it right. Smyth, Chair and Hodge all probably in a tiny attacking midfield 3, make his Dykes selection understandable.

Paal is ill and Armstrong had strapping around his knee on Friday, so they're limiting his minutes.
