Just had boneless lamb shoulder followed by this.

Yeah, beef fat trimmings.
Butchers give it away because people have been brainwashed into eating low fat, leaner cuts. Madness.

 

Same reason I eat roadkill. Squirrels are just chickens with bad PR. Fat is delicious tbf.

 

Have my enchilada filling cooking away and wasn’t going to post because it looked a bit ****.

Booked Easter Sunday out, kids all doing their own thing now so we'll just go out.

 

**** of a day with every **** out in big groups of people they mostly don’t like plus it’s City v Arsenal. I do like Mini Eggs though and haven’t had any yet this year.

 

Heard about this place about a year ago, been Tryna book a Sunday table for months, like a 3 month wait for a booking on a Sunday.

It's not beef dripping.
The dripping is what comes out of the fat pieces when cooking.
What you're left with is fat that tastes like the fat cap on a bone in sirloin.

 

I like a pork scratching. Same concept kind of. Horrendous calories.

 

Currently making 4kg of tandoori chicken, my hands are stained pink.

 

this for a light lunch or some for the freezer?
