The one in Purley? Sort of: it rebranded a couple of times in the 90s, first to Jaz then to Metröpol, before turning into a gym sometime in the 2000s...which closed down a year or two ago

I was more thinking of the wrong 'uns on the door of the Blue Orchid or Brannigans

I've always liked a visit to the best ground in Chelsea , walk along the Thames and some good boozers to visit after and my last visit topped off by that last minute winner from Captain Crab

Have no idea!. I lived in a flat on the High Road opposite the ABC cinema from 5-19 yoa and we were blessed with facilities. The Bowling Alley was 150m away and Silver Blades down by the Common. I was actually learning to skate on the day that Churchills death was announced! <yikes>

Back to the game....

Just watching an analysis video of the Villa game. If we play with the same intensity and press as that this week then we will win. And on the off chance that we don't (win) then it will be down to Fulham playing better.
Sounds obvious, but still... <laugh>

Apparently so.... Looks like they combined the skating and the swimming pool that used to be the other side of the church - and is now a Tesco.

They used to have a Saturday disco on ice and at the end of the evening it was like a paddling pool, great reason not to go over on your arse <laugh>
