Is it just me, or do others see the irony when HammersmithBlue, in a post regarding a discriminatory insult, describes the whole thing as 'a bit gay'....

just cos i don't have the same opinion as you of that match doesn't make me wrong - you were watching from a totally biased point of view - i was not, and my view is pretty much the same view that 99% of neutrals would argue about that game. you were incredibly lucky to win on the day but win is what you did and thats all that matters.

Firstly we did not kick you off the park it was the other way around.
Secondly, We went 1-0 when they had 11 men and were the better team up till then, anyone that thinks different knows nothing about football.
And lastly.
Chelsea have a top team and even with 9 men can still keep the ball well, so No i would not embarrassed not to thrash 9 men.
I would be more embarrassed having Delia as a chairman

Blimey, did you buy a job lot of 'banter'? If it was any older it'd come with a ration book! A couple of months after that game, I believe you lost 5-1 at home. We appointed Lambert, you got Warnock. I think it's worked out quite well for both of us since then.
