Went through a period of cooking African curries a while back and this one stood out.
Yeah remember your chicken yassa. I followed it and then tried it myself. Didn’t come out as good as yours but the taste was nice. I’ll probably have a go at this one now.

Recently heard of a dish called Paprikash so looked into it and you absolutely must have the Hungarian paprika so got some delivered, will probably make it next weekend.

Traditional sharing meal. No plates - just eat off the tablecloth, which is banana leaves and then the rice that is in front of you (fatter you are the more you can eat)

1. Vegatables with chillies
2. Fried kampung chicken

6. Tempe (fried soya) and tahu
7. Dried salted fish
8. Corn fritters

Mostly same but a prawn dish thrown in.
