Use your imagination for this one...
Table is same margin as current going into last game. Foxes champs, Leeds slight advantage over Ipswich, Saints out of it.

Do Saints want to win/draw and knock us unto playoffs with them???

Already beat us once and would be a big blow mentally for us.

I've been having exactly the same thought.

Relegation getting interesting too and we've to play everyone from 19th down to 23rd <yikes>

Hudds- WY derby straight after Chelsea away, early ko!
Millwall- Last 3 been classics at Elland Road, couple of 3-2 wins after trailing and a 4-3 defeat. Always raise their game in this one.
QPR- Away! Even Bielsa lost 3/3 there.
Stoke- Already beaten us once this season. We'll probably win this one.
Wednesday- Drew at the fortress this season. 1 win in 7 for us and they let us win that one to try stop the blades going up.

Just adding to the drama <ok>

Thought Farke did especially well. Maresca had a good plan but as soon as Mavdidi was tiring Farke made the subs on our right that took control back in that area of the pitch and consequently the match. We rode our luck a lot in between and Leicester played very well but Farke got his timing spot on with that.
Seems they switched to trying to manage the game against a team who had already beaten them this season, who have scored 27 and only conceded 2 this year. What did they expect us to do give up and roll over ?
Delusional hubris.
'We've never played so well and we lost' or 'we played poorly and won' ? I know which one I'd take every week and which one is the real sign of a very good team!
And for those criticising the quality of the goals we scored, I'd take 5 off Bamford's knee every season than his worldy in the FA cup.
For me, a couple of midfielders aside not one of that Leicester team would get in to this squad.

As for the chalked off goal all too easy to see with VAR like replays (and even then what happened is only apparent on the close ups), the linesman had little to no chance. Ref was **** but at least he was consistently **** to both sides!
Leicester are a good side with a good manager (in this league) and put us through the rinser for long periods in that match and credit to them and their manager for doing that but I think the myth of their superiority disintegrated in that game, a game that apparently 'didn't matter' to them.

There's alot of that post that I fully agree with. Lots of good points.

I think you give Farke too much credit for the timing of the subs though. It was clear in the first half that Mavididi on the left had young Archie on toast. The correct timing of Dan James introduction would have been at half time or maybe 5 to 10 minutes after half time. Farke almost let Leicester run away with it due to his reluctance to drag Gnonto off.

In the first game at Leicester, James gave Archie much more protection and it worked a treat. Starting Gnonto was fine given his recent form but it clearly wasn't effective as a right hand side pairing. As for Gnonto's performance? He was good going forward but he just doesn't have the engine to do both.

Great win though and confidence must be through the roof.
