After Huddersfield(a) Saturday, Hull have Southampton(a), West Brom(h), Preston(a). We're now fourth in the form table over the last 5 games with only Leeds, Leicester and Southampton above us.
Reckon we need to win 7 of our last fourteen games and draw a couple. Would put us on 71, enough for sixth place. Not sure i'd want to win the play offs though
I'd want to win it, I think Sarg would unsettle a few in the prem, admittedly we would need to buy a whole new defence, but that is an issue I want for next year
I was there in the Gwladys Road end. You're quite right - Toffee son in law agreed. So many misplaced passes made it just as frustrating to watch as our boys at times. Everton should have battered Palace but in the end, it was all huff and lots of guff
Some of the best matches in our recent history. We just didn't give up. Being in the crowd for many of those crazy matches was just brilliant. The 4-3 against Millwall particularly sticks in the memory!!
Named on Arsenal's bench against Porto in the Champions League round of 16 game tonight are two young players, Sweet and Heaven ..............
The match may not have been, but on the whole the squads are, especially on the day and battling against weaker teams. Going through Monday's Everton team, with the exception of Young, Garner, DCL & McNeill I'd have the rest over our squad Palace on the other hand I'd only take a couple from
Pretty amazing game going on at Coventry where Preston are leading g 0-3 just before halftime. To make it worse Preston's third was a Coventry own goal.
