I know bad runs of form happen to everyone but we are now threatened with Europa league football and if we do qualify Barcalona esq teams in the draw. What's more worrying is the league form is equal because AVB insists on playing atleast four of the rotting players in each team. What do we do? Call for AVB to give way to Guus? Hope AVB shuns all the old guard? Spending spree?
 
I don't want AVB to leave but I don't want to throw this season away. Let AVB take a backseat and give Guus a caretaker role for the remainder. Never going to happen but ahh well.

Plant Romeu and Meireles in center midfield and play Sturridge on the right, Mata through the middle and Torres up top. Purchase a left winger in January and Gary Cahill.
 
what we do is wait untill sunday. If we beat Wolves on saturday then were see how we roll, if we fail to beat wolves saturday then AVB has to go, i think that will be the game that decides his fate... I know it will cost Abramovich 20million to get rid of him but he couldn't give a **** and neither would I because the money we'd stand to lose if we kept AVB and the results kept continuing would cost us more anyway.
I'm waiting untill saturday to judge, if we can respond and get a comfortable win with a clean sheet then alls forgiven, the test awaits

So your basing AVB's managerial abilty on result against a relegation candidate?,Chelsea will never have sustained success if they keep ****ing managers off without enough time to establish themselves and rebuild a team thats tried and tested(ok Hodgson got ****ed off by us but he should never have got the job),Every player loses quality when they get past their sell by date and Chelsea have more than one of them at the moment.

Chelsea are a playboy's plaything and its down to people with knowledge of the game that are employed by Chelsea to put RA in his place on the subject,and yes its hard for Chelsea fans to accept the next couple of seasons might be barren of trophies,but it goes to show(as we found out)how easy it is to go from the sublime to the ridiculous in no time.

That a bit strong isn't it? And the **** we got over Hodgson leaving early (despite worst start in 50 years, player leaving, losses at home to the likes of wolves/blackpool and northampton). You will know when you're really in the **** and you're miles off. Surely this weekend isnt a decider for AVB? That would be a new low for Chelsea and football in general.
