Don’t care but can’t say I’m a big steak sauce fan. If it’s a good steak it doesn’t need one. Ketchup obvs. Ketchup makes everything better.
Bordelaise sounds good.... I'm with Ranger though - rarely have it. As long as it's nicely seasoned, I find the sauce detracts from the flavour of the meat / smoke.
