Faultless? really? Only the game just gone Edmundson's gives an OG (if he get closer to Keane instead of backing away then he would've blocked the shot)

If our CB's were better positioned, then we would give less goals away.

I did say 'pretty much' and even the best defenders make the odd mistake. I'd say Van Dijk has been pretty much fautless all season but made a mistake at the weekend.

Our CBs have made very few mistakes this season are you saying you think they've been poor?

Burgess and Woolfy have been solid. Clarke, Tuanzebe, Edmundson and Davis have been anything but.

The main fault for me has been Clarke tending to drift towards the centre too often, leaving acres of space for the opposition left winger.

Here’s why football is an art and not a science - he was doing it a lot early on in the season and we were winning nearly every week.

I think since Edmundson has come in for Burgess he has been superb apart from the 2 goals at the weekend that if the officials had done their job properly we wouldn't even be talking about.

We all recognise that we have been going thru a dodgy spell, in spite of competing way above our weight. Rather than blame individuals, let alone some dreadful ref decisions, I am confident that with the new players and strike force, we will have a Spring surge.

We will start scoring goals, and goals win matches.
Cant wait for Saturday, dont forget its a 12.30 ko!

Oh defo gaffer, I still think we will go up, I can see a mirror image of last season!
The further the Leeds scum and Southampton stay in the fa cup, the better in my view!! Can only benefit us!!

It's going to be a challenge but it's still in our own hands. Surely Southampton can't maintain their form.

We have new signings upfront which I think will make a big difference moving forwards. If we're outside the autos come April looking at the fixture list it'll be a struggle. The rest of this month and March are big months, got to start picking up.

Injuries to big players are always a concern but we have pretty good cover in most positions now. The big one for me is if Davis gets injured especially with us having 2 strikers who like to attack the crosses now. He is by a long distance the best crosser of the ball at the club.

Quite right PTC, and as Spanish says, let them enjoy a good cup run and of course they play us at home, a 6 pointer if ever there was one!

We will start that winning streak Saturday, and my Dutch or Belgian mates in a packed bar will be yelling our heads off!

In the BBC cup commentary, Ipswich didn’t even merit a mention in relation to the automatic promotion race.

listening to talksport yesterday, there was a palace fan on ( works for one of the betting companies) they were talking about Roy H, possibly being in the last chance saloon if they get beaten by Chelsea next game out. KM was mentioned as a possible replacement !

As for the BBC, they have never liked us.

I dunno. I think I preferred the days of professional pundits even if they were idiots rather than wheeling in any old ex player to fill a seat. I realise they saw Mark Lawrensen and decided that should never be allowed to happen again, but a shame to throw the baby out with the bath water. Bring back compulsory ties and blazers.

From what I have seen, Gary Linekar is very good, professional, amusing and brings his guests in. And touches on politics if its effecting sport, which I also like.
