Not really much point to this, it's all subjective but one of the best sides ever? I doubt you'd pick out that side from the best in your lifetime if you weren't a Liverpool fan. I've seen Arsenal sides better than that (2002 springs to mind) and I wouldn't say they were the best sides ever either.
I'll use Arsenal as the example and their fans could easily say similar about their so-called invincible side. It doesn't mean they were one of the best sides ever. But I get it... it's Liverpool, so it MUST mean more.
My thinking is the word team though, you can argue over individuals all day but that team was hell to play against.
Nah just interested if they did is all. And Arsenal's invincibles is a bit of myth They drew 12 games that season I believe. So if Burnley draw 38 games they can be called the same innit.
Plus our Rio was heinously banned for accidentally forgetting to take a piss. Otherwise they would've been slapped all over the shop that season. I'm glad we agree on this.
