It's obvious that "self sustainable" is for the club to pay for its self means using bits of money to pay for other areas of the club. We get 8 million for a player, half(guess work) probably goes into the pot for everything else.
So they weren't interested in the release clause then and his contracts up in the summer, sort of puts us back in the race.
oh i agree i think as whole transfers wise have been very good and the money we've spent we've done well with it, i think the last month has defo put a stink in with the club, and it's easy to sort out, if styles is a loan to a view to a permanent i get that but i think it's an obligation it's give a me a worry that money isn't there to spend, obvs we could go and still spend abit, and then that would make abit more sense but we'll have to wait to wait and see,
Apparently, if someone tells you they're from Barnsley, it's a natural reaction to shout.. Barrrrnsley in their face.
Yet he was as good as Neil and others in his blocks, interceptions and tackles and appears no more lightweight than Jobe. Football eh, all about opinions
Just a thought off the top of my head here but maybe the reason that the money we do have is earmarked for other areas of the team - left back for example with both Alese, Cirkin and Huggins out. Not saying you're incorrect to have concerns but the club is such a closed shop compared to previously no-one really knows whats going on
I'm in hospitality for the Swansea game next month. I've had fantastic days through Travis perkins in the past.
Who do you want to sign Bob because your negativity, which you are entitled to, is starting to piss me off?
You normally find the employees who get these things given are really good at their job, just a thought.
It's a perk. I have a good friend, that every now and then will pay for a meal with his company credit card.
