I don't really see the issue, am I missing something? It's pretty normal to refer to a government by where it is based like if people were talking about Washington, Westminster or the Stormont Assembly I wouldn't assume they didn't know which countries/areas they were governing. Just seems like an attempt at point scoring by someone who surely also knows that it's a pretty conventional thing.
I think it's more that she had no idea that Kigali was the Rwanda capital and thought they were referring to a different country.
No, it's PortTalbot that's ****ed. Which it is anyway tbh. They are get rid of blast furnaces, and instead investing in arc furnaces. Loads of initial job losses (which they claim will try to be from retirements) , but loads more created from the construction and then use of the arc furnaces. That's if they (Tata) go though with their plan. They often don't, and it could be first steps towards closing the whole thing down.
Sir Kier on Talksport this morning. Came across very well, less rigid than I expected. Arsenal season ticket holder
Remember when Cameron said he was an Aston Villa fan, then a few months later, when asked again said he was West Ham fan
I'm more interested to know who/what emerges in the Tory party should they lose the next GE. Will they go even more batshit right-wing looney tune, or will one-nation tories reclaim the leadership of the party?? Personally if all the fckwits like Lee and Braverman fck off to Reform, it would be the best thing for them. And the country.
