If we cannot get Cole in front of Huddersfield and Hull that is a really bad situation. I`ve had a look and he looks very much like Andy Cole so I want him. I will add I will not be contributing any money to this deal.

So you’re giving your approval on this jck200, must find a way of getting his attention of this, could be a clincher pal! :emoticon-0103-cool: Masky

I`m not sure Giles is any good but if he comes he comes. My main target was Bakasetas but that looks very unlikely, this Cole I would want for sure. The goals are the same size in each division and he has hit 15 goals all of which went in the back of the net.

The club is looking at all options, The problem is the players, their agents and all the kings horses. We do not own the club, in fact we are lucky to have a club thanks to Tan. You pay for a ticket to watch a game in a new stadium very much like you pay for a ticket to see a film at the cinema, it does not give you the right to tell the owner of the cinema what films you want to see, you do not own the cinema.

I have been a Cardiff City supporter for 72 years and have heard some stupid things said on here in the past ,but if they were giving out oscars for stupidity you would win hands down,so please say something constructive or as we used to say fetch oil.

I'm intrigued as to where goals go that don't hit the back of the net! Are they worth more or less?
I am intrigued to know how any "goal" can be a goal if it is not in the net.A better comparison is shots that end up in the stands for some players making the goals the size of the stand would help.

A cinema ticket is an odd comparison jck200, although Masky has often pondered on paying for entertainment where all the entertainers were utter crap and you get soaked! Entertainment on the screen, you are guaranteed that all particIipants will always give value for money. Tenuous comparison granted, but I haven’t spent money on football for years, since a 0-4 defeat at home to Preston NE was offered for my so called entertainment. Good point though, think Billy has lost it now, he’s normally of sound mind! :emoticon-0103-cool: Masky

Not sure if I have mentioned that game before wher a certain Kurt Nogan popped one in....never been the same since! :emoticon-0103-cool: Masky
