I don’t normally like loans, but I guess the wages saved on Weiman between now and the end of the season pays Twine, so I can kind of see the sense, but we’re still left having to buy another player in the summer. Unless it’s a loan to buy like TGH was.

I prefer buying our own players to loans, why loan a player for the remainder of the season, unless he’s at a level well above ours, like Tammy, even then it’s questionable, but at this level wouldn’t we be better buying someone, at least then we have an interest in his improvement.

This one is saying permanent. So I wouldn’t get too hung up about till it’s announced.

Why would Burnley recall him and loan to us, it’s not like he’s not getting game time.

If he comes here and does really well, do you think they’ll accept even £5m?, or will he go to the highest bidder? Are you still as enthusiastic about this loan?

According to Sky, Weimann to WBA is a loan and TGH to us is a free permanent.
the terms and conditions were already in place at the start of the season! It remained he was on a season long loan [ no recall ] witheither released back or CHEQUE written. AW DEAL WAS COMPLETELY INDEPENDANT of TGH deal. Finalization was crossing the T's and dotting the i 's
