Here’s a thought. With new managers coming in to a club it normally takes a good few games to get their ideas across before you really start to see the changes. That’s with their own back room staff. Beale has Dodds and Proctor still in place. He has to get his ideas across to the pair of them first and subsequently the players. Desperate for us to start showing something different but may take longer than would like due to the setup.
