Not the performance or result any of us were hoping for, an away draw usually ok after being behind but not so much today.
Have to hope that Beale is a quick learner and knows what didn't work. Pembele sounded like one of the few positives.

Well, if as suggested that this is Dodds picking this team and tactics atm because Beale is just settling in, in a busy period, then I'm afraid to say I would have had a complete clear out of the coaching staff along with Mowbray when he was sacked.
I couldn't care less if Dodds is a great 'coach', tactically he's **** and the past week or 2 has seen some of the worst performances for quite some time. Seriously, if he was that good then he'd be on a premier league teams coaching staff.
That was a complete utter crap performance, zero creativity and ideas other than give it to Clarke and hope for the best.
If it's Beale's team selection etc then I question the decision to hire him.
I've not been pissed off by results since we returned to the Championship but the Coventry game and this one has massively pissed me off!

We played with better tempo at the end but we should have done that from the start. Team selection was wrong, played into Rotherham's hands too much. We need to use the squad when theres a quick turn around otherwise you get the slow boring performance we got for 60-70 minutes. Ba did come alive last 5 minutes but overall not sure he was the right change for roberts.
Burstow is zero threat and shouldnt be getting on ahead of any of our own players - needs sent back to chelsea
I liked the next changes of getting pritch n pembele on - offered us more threat out wide and more composure in the middle
2 points dropped but its 1 more than we got there last season (i think thats right!)
January is massive for this team, we need an option upfront and i almost think as important is a CDM. Neil is quality but.he is restricted in this team as he needs to cover for the other so much, he is so dangerous breaking into the box that we need a cdm to free him up
Im normally always optimistic but im really worried about how weve been playing last couple of months. We keep nicking points here n there and staying in the playoff picture but keep perfoming like we have been and we will drop off the pace for sure

Poor result but the overall performance worries me. No purpose to our play Slow no movement no real shape with or without the ball. At a complete loss And Rotherham are a very poor team

11 days in charge. It's far too early to expect significant changes imo. He's still trying out players and trying to get a feel for them.
He looks more effective when he's coming on when the opposition are sitting back with a lead.
Why did he square it to their defender when he's in the box on his favoured foot?

Not a great performance for 60 minutes but they are horrible anti football team to play on a night and pitch not fit for quick football. The subs in the end made us better even Ba had the odd good spot near the end (that was the 9 moment for me like) and with a better final ball could have won it. I don’t think we picked the best formation for the game at the start but Jobe dropping deeper and having a 10 behind a 9 helped.

At least we didn't bloody lose. Shame that we weren't clinical enough to create a few more openings at the end to nick it.
Mate your agenda is getting boring. Yes when pritchard is on it we all want him in the team but he isnt amazing week in week out like you keep making it
Also not all french players start, in fact adil and Ba are on the bench more times than they start so your argument is flawed
Not much to add as most of my thoughts have been said by others already, Season is in danger of petering into mid table nothingness if we continue to be so inconsistent and toothless, big January ahead just hope we can pull some gems out of nowhere
Ba was ok last 10 minutes but apart from that he was awful, I'm convinced he hides at times .
