Yeah - I'm not sure people could handle VAR at Fratton. Its bad enough the standard of refs and the rage that follows their performances. Had a part-timer who was actually a carpenter a few games back! Felt a touch sorry for him - should be paying them enough to do full-time.

The ones I tend to remember aren't especially fat but completely oblivious to the gamemanship and can only focus on one thing at a time. Infuriating. The likes of Wycombe get away with murder.

As a Newcastle fan there are no crumbs of comfort only deepening circles of Hell. Liverpool or Man City winning the league at least gives the satisfaction that somewhere Arteta is crying his eyes out to his wife about VAR.
