My fellow Bluebirds I have to report missing a God given opportunity to get some clear information on our progress in the forthcoming transfer window.
I'm staying at my daughter's in Poole over Chistmas and New Year. (Might come back home tomorrow but that's another story).
My daughter is a member at the local David Lloyd Sports Club. We went there for a coffee and to give my grandaughter some time in the soft play area as the weather has been too bad for playtime outside.
On our way out I saw a very tall guy coming in. Unfortunately I had to do a second take before recognising the guy was Kieffer Moore. Now I'm no short arse but he is bloody tall. I would have hated trying to mark him in my centre back days in the Cardiff and District League.
The number of times I have been to David Lloyd and not seen him before. I guess he was there for a bit of a loosener before spending 90 minutes bench warming at Tottenham at the weekend.
Anyway, I digress. If I had been quicker I would have said hello and asked when he was joining us next week.
Regrettably I didn't and the moment had gone.
Nevertheless, if he is joining us next week why wasn't he at home helping his wife pack?
