Howe doesn't use subs to break up the last few mins .. OK we've got barely anyone but once you're in added time just use them to break the momentum.. every other manager does it.

It is a culture. The club need to rectify it. If we go into the transfer window and don't replace some certain players I will determine whether we "get it" or don't.
