completely agree with this but he has said he goes on gut instinct. He seems the kind that if he looked round the AoL he might not want to leave
We will just ignore Ostersunds and Swansea, and the fact the Brighton team is largely the one he built then aye? Chelsea didn’t damage his reputation at all it’s a basket case club, to suggest Brighton wasn’t down to him is absolute garbage. Read up what he did at Ostersunds and then compare that to what we are trying to do here.
There’s an article about his tactics here, a decent read. https://medium.com/@hancockanalysis/kim-hellbergs-värnamo-a-tactical-analysis-e4abb2120908
Was good to meet you in the PC yesterday mate, let me know if Barnsey was interested in my Ajax experience.
So, Still, Sable and Hellberg have been interviewed? That means they’re interested in the job, how good is it that our club interests up and coming coaches from abroad that are in their respective top flights. I hope KLD and KS get the plaudits they deserve rather than pelters for being a so called selling club.
Excellent in my opinion. I am a Mowbray fan but I agree with every point made in the video, I would have added one more point, shots on target. we have loads of shots at goal but a very low percentage of those are on target.
Surprised we got permission to interview Still tbh. Must be am agredd compo package close if that is the case.
There was great recruitment but the way that team (and the 2 before) developed under him was incredible. There’s a reason he got offered the Chelsea job, and all the mitigation you need for why that failed. He would, were it not unrealistic, be the best and most exciting fit for us by an absolute distance.
Stoke will throw a load of money at someone and give them full power with the expectation of changing things by themselves when in reality they need wholesale changes throughout the club which starts with a director of football or someone in a similar role who brings in a plan. Neil brought in the Technical Director, which at any properly ran club is the opposite way to what should happen, and they are apparently close to being sacked also. Bonkers club.
