Its not losing to United at OT that I am upset about, no shame in that, even when United arent very good.
But we are mid table after spending a billion quid ffs <laugh> Can't really class that as anything other than a monumental failure can you?

When I last watched you last I thought you had a decent side, maybe it just needs time to gel. Didn't see last nights game so couldn't give any summary of thoughts on it. I think maybe your mistake is undervaluing Man Utd, they are sitting joint fifth for a reason, regardless of the bantz fans like to have at Ten Hags expense,

but everyone is laughing at Chelsea already dude u boys bottled it within the first month of the season

what a shocking state of your club more money than sense and it’s showing big time

bet you miss the Roman years now

old news now though, only so much laughing you can do, now we're out of it we can laugh at whoever fails next

United are playing terribly.
Have watched them a lot this season.
They are extremely vulnerable and have scraped through some results they were very lucky to get so far this season.
I think our team will improve, but the signings we made were dumb as ****
A billion and we still dont have a decent striker. Our main guy cant hit a cows arse with a banjo, and yeah its his first season and he is young, but he better improve quickly.
Especially when I see Giroud, who we sold, tearing up Serie A, and yeah Serie A isnt the PL, but say what you want about Giroud, as immobile as he is, if you put the ball on his head or at his feet in the box, he would grab you goals.
Our best player is a sicknote in Reece James. And the £100m player we snatched from under Liverpools nose turned out to be a headless chicken in shorts.
And dont get me started on Mudryk! <laugh>

He also reference the top of the table and the league.

CL is a two legged cup game, not the same.

Anyway, far be it for me to make Fossy's case for him, but that's how I would read it!

You making Negroni's?
We've beaten them 3-1 and 3-0 in the league, they usually need us to go down to 10 men before beating us easily so along with the CL mauling and it really was a mauling my point stands.

Dont get me wrong, there has been some silver linings.
Cole Palmer seems a player in the making, and Sterling and Gallagher have improved immensely under Poch. But every where else in our squad is a **** show.

Oh dear me <laugh>

Let me try again, Man Utd are joint fifth in league, within one game, they could be level with Man City, you've also taken Palmer from Man City, so I'm not really understand this lake of tears you are creating, so I can only assume one thing, it's not that Chelsea are as bad as you are trying to portray, but more the fact that Manchester United butt fooked your team last night, and it hurts, it really hurts, isn't that nearer the truth?

brb, we were 10th before that game, and are still 10th after that game.
Why are you trying to make this about Man United?
Last night aside, You seriously think things are going good at Chelsea?

If I look at your Chelsea squad, and with the very little I know about your team, there would be some questions, the first one being why is Jackson not scoring, ok he got one against Man City but a couple of others scored before him, then to add to that, although I like Sterling he is not always the most clinical of players. But like I say, I didn't watch it, but you just sound like one of these fragile fans that goes to pieces when he loses, for all Sucky's faults at least he defends his team, his crying lakes are more over City, whereas you seem to have created one over losing to Man Utd....it's ok to not be ok mate, sometimes you lose to the better clubs, but it's good to talk. <ok>

lol I havent gone to pieces due to last night, I think my opinion of our squad has been pretty consistent all season.
If you visited the Chelsea board, and I cant blame you for not doing so, as its a graveyard <laugh> you would see.

We are unpredictable, unfocused, and have a large bloated squad full of overpriced players.
With the exception of our opening game against Liverpool and the game against City, we have been lacklustre at best.
Even our draw to Arsenal, we crumbled in the second half like a soggy hobnob.
I hope you are right and the team gels and we improve, am not saying it wont happen, but it ****ing wants to start soon, we are nearly halfway through the season.

Just looked to see who you've got this weekend, Everton! Easy three points. :bandit:

Unfortunately for fans of other clubs, the ****ed up way the regime is set up now dictates that the clubs who have money will always come good again eventually.
Unless a club is bought out by a billionaire now, they have little chance of competing. They may nick a CL spot or two when clubs like United and Chelsea are having ****e spells, but clubs like Villa and Brighton for example, will eventually get elbowed out by the richer clubs, who can just spend spend spend till they get it right.
I doubt we will see another Leicester any time soon, that **** happens once every 50 years.

good point made…..fosse has been getting it in the neck for stating the achievements his club did compared to the splash the cash crowd not sure why apart from it being fosse being fosse but I also agree with him on that subject of knocking a few of the posh kids noses across thy faces <laugh>

I like the underdog myself and despise clubs that buy success and then gloat…..Man City fans have had class during thy reign but they still remember where they came from unlike many of the spoiled fans we see crying on a constant basis

talk about over privileged init

Is that how it works…….that’s pretty fkd up <laugh>

but not do get it…..football fans are pretty child like these days tbf

We didn't last night, it was a 2-1 gubbing.

I must admit, I saw your £250 million centre of midfield and thought we'd struggle. They were handed their arses by a loan signing and Scott McShit.

And then the front three of Jackson, Mudryk and Sterling. What the ****? All five of those are utterly ****, and you spent £400 million on them.

How can that be?

Chelsea have slipped under the radar this season because of our issues. Issues that have led us to 6th, a whole three points behind mighty Manchester City with more than half the season to go.

Other than Sterling, who isnt **** by any means, you are right, Jackson, Mudryk, Enzo, Caicedo.....all been horse ****.
Other than a hattrick against a 9 man Spurs who played a line higher than Simon Cowells waist band, Jackson has been pretty unimpressive and missed some sitters.
Am willing to give them a season, but you just expect more when you spend so much.

He was last night.

Cole Palmer is a decent signing.

He is the only player we signed in the last 12 months who has looked worth the wonga.

I think the fosse thing started with me
Fosse has tried to fling so much mud to cloud the original point (ranging from bringing Gerrard into it ?? And some silly **** about the change in names of the top league)

everyone sees what Leicester did as a fairytale
I do not - simply because I know they cheated in the second tier to get out

all I ever said was every time fosse points it out that what Leicester did was fairytale I will remind whoever can be arsed to read that they cheated

I do not begrudge them their win it was great
But not as great as the hype for a few other reasons I detailed imho

I was/am pissed it took Liverpool 27 years to win the league again - but not arsed about who won it in other years

I have said a number of times to get the greedy clubs out in their own ESL for me (inc Liverpool) - I don’t like how football has gone

if Liverpool don’t win the league - I would love to see Villa do it - that would be great for the game imho.
Leicesters was good - it just weren’t no fairytale imho.

Fosse has an odd style of debating - I think he is on the wum but can’t tell

he doesn’t answer people when they have him on the ropes disappears for a bit - claims work - makes a few more digs and tries to make out like it’s all a joke to trap - in the main - scousers

pointless for someone like me to talk to really. As generally I do come on these boards to chat.

anyway that’s another scroll of tears done for today
I shall be off to coach the kids now <cheers>
