    It was probably Toshack.

Unless in the area they come from footballers tend to rent, as we know they are rarely around for more than 2 to 3 years.

Whitts was the exception to the rule.

Whitts had an appartment in Windsor Quay down the Bay at one time which I was involved with the construction - not sure if it was provided for him or whether he moved on from there to his own place.

Two other City players I knew through building were Steve McPhail and Chopra. Both took new built houses in Corntown at the same time but don't know whether City footed the bill.

I think William Hill had a bit of a vested interest in Chops' place. <whistle>

The way Bulut is taking about Moore it’s as though the deal is done….

Would have liked to see a bit more of Adams. Came with a reputation, albeit down the leagues. His unfortunate and horrific injury means we haven't seen much of him. Not sure what Bulut's view of him is.
    The other two though......

Yes, Adams does seem to be some sort of an enigma - not sure what his true value to the side is with the lack of exposure.

Rhino and Sawyers are total opposites but with the same end result. Rhino is all action and effort but with low skill levels, whereas Sawyers has the ability but apparently not the application.

Another "Siopis" who can distribute the ball forward rather than just police the midield would be ideal - Greek or otherwise.

Jordan James would tick a box but don’t suppose Birmingham would sell him

I like him but he's more of an "Ampadu" type. Tends to sit a bit too deep for what we need and he's "one for the future" not necessarily what we need right now.

We'd be making a big mistake if we relied on just Ramsey for the second half of the season - don't want to jinx it, but don't think he's up to a 22 game run in. We need fresh blood unless we are going to rely on the likes of Colwill and Robbo to fill that obvious weak spot.

The other option is to get Kieffer on board and launch it from the back instead..............<laugh>

James plays in a midfield 2 for Wales which cramps his style preventing him from getting forward. He has the ability to play in an advanced role in a midfield 3 given his physical presence and ability to carry the ball forwards - a type of player we haven’t seen since Mutch. He’d be ideal with Siopsis & Wintle but he’s not leaving Brum any time soon so the midfield will have to get along without Ramsey until it seems the new year.

Masky did Tosh’s Bathrooms in Swansea years ago, dealt with his wife Susan, very nice, but he was a bit sarcastic….bit full of himself apparently….just saying! :emoticon-0103-cool: Masky

Send Runnarson back to Arsenal and bring in a tall and imposing keeper.

I would settle for the Siopsis we got passing the ball forward, today was an improvement but that did not take much doing.

Ugbo scores again and Meitie was a mess, it is now obvious who knows which players are good and which are useless. There is a clue here.
