Was gonna say something similar. It's not a "mugs game" because no one is forcing you to do anything. Any choice you make is your own. Yes with kids it can be expensive, but you dont have to spend a fortune on them if you dont want to. Its everything else that I find enjoyable, meeting up with friends and family, getting pissed, eating a **** ton of unhealthy food and passing out on the sofa with a paper hat on your head while the women watch the Eastenders christmas special.
