We started Ralls instead of Wintle so of course we won.

Didn't know where to put it, so put it here.
    A sort of transfer.

Manchester United have completed a deal to hire Cardiff City's head of academy recruitment Ben Clarke.

This suggests that our academy has a good reputation and therefore throws up further questions as to what happens between the academy and the first team.

So Bulut has said today that we need 3-4 new players in January and he hopes to have the financial backing to get them.
I do hope they have identified who they want and who may be going out the door.

All we can ask for is that each signing is better than something we already have.
At least half the match day squad the same as last year.
4 of the starting back 5 were with us last year. One of the CMs. Its the front 4 where the biggest changes have come, though Etete was pushing to make the 9 shirt his.

A creative mid to sit along side Siopis, cover at LB, and an out and out 9 would do for me.

If he's after wide players or a 10, I'd start questioning the signings he's already made, or his ability to get the best out of what we've got.

You're right though Irish. A few out the door as well.

Ralls is a creative midfielder, last two games he started and we looked good till Wintle replaced him second half, that is plain to see. Siopsis is clumsy along with Meitie. As the midfield never stop attacks and do little in attack we may as well play Colwill and Ralls. Our Attack is pretty good. Collins was out all of last season so how he is one of the back four from then I don`t know, Ng was put in as CB so not wingback. Goustas is starting to show good form but he was not here last season so no we do not have the same back four as last season.

Ok, happy for some friendly debate.
Let's start at the back, I said 5 to include the keeper.
Jak, has been with us some time. Not an Erol signing. He pre-dates him.
Collins, out injured last season, but contracted to us. Not an Erol signing.
McGuinness, out on loan and recalled. Been with us some time. Not an Erol signing.
Goutas - the one Erol signing in our current back 5.
Ng - signed from Crewe as a full back (not a wing back or CB). Has provided cover in other roles, but by trade is a full back and currently fulfilling that role. So to clarify, 4 of the back 5 (GK, 2x CBs and 2* FBs) were contracted to us last year, with one of the starting positions filled by an Erol signing.

    Centre mids.
    Siopis is a revelation.
Probably the best 'destructive' CM we've had since Medel or before that, Kavenaugh.
Breaks up play, 100%, gives the ball to someone more creative.
Ralls is doing a job, but I'd take an upgrade.
Ralls and Colwill would not be a good combination, in my humble opinion. No dog. Colwill out of position.
Meite isn't an out and out 9 but can do a job. Holds the ball up and brings others into the game. Can run in behind. As a striker, a jack of all trades. As I said in my earlier post, I'd take an upgrade, but a valuable, versatile squad player.

Everyone has had an opinion and I have no need to reply to anyones opinion nor am I asking for replies to my opinion as opinions are not up for debate. Simply defending your opinion a second time seems rather wasteful. I will not say what I think of your opinion as that would just be my opinion. Read my post again to get to grips with it.

4 of the back 5 being contracted to us before Erol became manager isn't my opinion.
    It's a fact.
