I honestly don't know what Arteta was thinking tonight resting his best players, he deserved to get slapped just for that. Did he think Moyes boys would just roll over for him, it's like an insult.
There's still lots of time for things to change in the game but currently Ten Hag is making Howe look like a genius. I work with a Man Utd fan - a top guy to be honest - and when I said I wasn't confident as I thought you'd put out a stronger team than us he said "just rustle up some lads from the Bigg market and you'll beat us at the moment". I thought he was joking.
Absolutely. This started about April time and he's been getting progressively worse. The guy falls out with too many players and he seems always angry and miserable.
They should be going all out for this competition considering the City are out and there's one or two decent teams left. It's like last season. They'll go all out for top 4 and end up without a trophy.
There's been a minority of West Ham fans on the radio calling time on Moyes reign. I think the guy is excellent to be honest, he messed up badly at Man Utd (an almost impossible job at the time) and Sunderland but overall he's a very good manager who must relish it when "bigger" clubs underestimate his teams. I took a dislike for a while after his comments and ineptitude at SAFC but I'm back to rating him hugely. I'm sure that helps him sleep at night.
I actually noticed that when they were lining up in the tunnel and thought oh ffs The problem is that there's no style of play. No patterns of play. No creativity. It's slow, cumbersome, cautious, turgid ****e tbph.
It’s a chance to give those not playing regular a bit of game time sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t that’s the way the cookie crumbles init
