I think the Muslims should start kidnapping Zionists in Britain they can keep em in my shed so I can look after em <laugh>

I'm amazed, the amount of outrage I see on here about women and children being harmed or abused.

Now ppl trying to justify thousands of children being killed or orphaned, pregnant women being killed, and trying to ease their conscience by clutching straws it's all Hamas fault when the truth is both Israel and Hamas are responsible.

There's no way a ceasefire is going to happen unless the US tells them too and there's no way the US will call a ceasefire if their allies don't demand it.

A serious ally I mean, no France, who have no stakes in the area at all.

Aka, the United Kingdom.

The UK are soft power experts they sell weapons to Israel, Saudi, Ukraine and the list goes on and on

If our country continues to be soft on a ceasefire then the US can continue to act like teflon and absorb all the blame and Israel can continue bombing.

None of it mate, none of it will happen without the U.S. showing some strength and leadership.

I agree the UK can have an influence on the US in obtaining a ceasefire, but unlikely they will in what comes after.

Even if/when the ceasefire comes, the US alone is the single biggest influence in any long term solution.

The US are happy to continue to support Israel, with arms, money and political support all the while they offer ally in the area against Iran.

In some ways, Israel are a pawn in that scenario.

Palestine is just an inconvenience it seems from as US perspective.

With old man Biden and his 'it's like 5x 9/11' there's precisely zero chance of any meaningful US leadership on this issue.

Trouble is all the power you talk about are all pro Israel supporters firstly or they wouldn’t be where they are……Rothschild and co(sabbatean frankists) got all bases covered but that’s just a conspiracy isn’t it

hiding in plain sight init unless you put the glasses on

Yep

I'm not suggesting that we are some sort of puppet masters, we follow the lead. But we are also just perfect at this, "we have no influence it's just so sad :( " bullshit.

When we want we can be right on the forefront, leading the way, see Ukraine.
So, suddenly we are quiet like a mouse on this - it's because we know when and where we can throw our weight.

We spend 70 billion dollars annually on defence, selling to most nations on earth cutting edge military technology but on this issue we are conveniently powerless <laugh>

Obviously while there's a few British frigates parked outside Gaza

There's zero interest in anything other than supporting Israel coming from the UK Govt.

Israel are the good guys and Hamas are evil, and that narrative is clearly the hymn sheet that all MPs must obey

With Ukraine, Putin was/is the bad guy, so it was okay to deploy the best of UK military support to liberate Ukrainians

Palestinians not so much

Celtic have banned season-ticket holders from the Green Brigade, one of the club’s supporters’ groups, from attending home matches.

https://www.theguardian.com/footbal...rigade-fans-group-from-attending-home-matches

The move comes after incidents including the group’s coordination of a display showing solidarity with the people of Palestine at the Champions League game

:bandit:

They’d already been banned from away matches so obviously on thin ice then did the thing they were explicitly asked to not do which will result in another large UEFA fine. They can wave all the flags they want outside.
